I used to pick up orders and deliver it to customers. They act like they don't notice you standing there even after you repeatedly say excuse me I'm picking up for ??? Very slow and very ghetto service...
I stop going there because of poor service. You are correct they don't complete your order and you have to constantly re-ask for what you want on your sandwich.
